Our Services
Eight service areas. All grounded in real workshop experience. If it happens on a shopfloor, we can help with it.
Machining & Tooling Consultation
We assess your machining processes, tooling selection, machine setup, and cycle times. We look at what’s actually happening on your machines and give you practical improvements — not a report full of recommendations you can’t act on.
CNC Operator Training
Hands-on training covering machine safety, workpiece setup, tool loading, offset entry, control panel navigation, and basic fault-finding. Covers Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak platforms. Suitable for new operators or those moving from conventional machines.
G & M Code Programming Training
Manual CNC programming for milling and turning machines. Learners write complete part programs from scratch — covering coordinate systems, movement codes, canned cycles, tool compensation, feeds and speeds, and subprograms. Taught using real components, not isolated examples.
CAD/CAM Training
From part model to machine-ready toolpath. Covers 2D and 3D CAD modelling, toolpath strategies, simulation, and post-processing. Software covered includes MasterCAM, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks CAM depending on what your shop uses.
Engineering Drawing Reading & Interpretation
Covers orthographic projection, dimensional tolerancing, GD&T, surface finish symbols, title block reading, and assembly drawing interpretation to ISO and ASME standards. Essential for machinists, setters, and inspectors who need to work confidently from blueprints.
Quality Inspection & Metrology
Covers the correct use of vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and height gauges. Includes CMM introduction, understanding tolerances against drawing requirements, and ISO / SANS quality basics. How to measure correctly — and what the numbers actually mean.
Draughting Services
Outsourced technical drawing for engineering companies. Fabrication drawings, machining drawings with GD&T, 3D CAD models, reverse engineering from physical parts, and CNC-ready outputs in DWG, DXF, STEP, and PDF formats. We draw for the shopfloor, not just the screen.
Recruitment Services
Helping manufacturing companies find skilled CNC operators, programmers, machinists, and draughtsmen. Candidates are technically assessed — not just CV-matched. We know what to look for because we’ve done these jobs ourselves. Covers placements across Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Heidenhain, Hurco, GSK, and CTEK platforms.
Corporate Training
Onsite Training — We Come to You
For companies who want to train their team without sending them offsite, we offer fully customised onsite training packages. We assess your team’s current skill levels, look at the machines and control systems you’re running, and build a programme that targets actual gaps — not a generic syllabus.
Training is delivered at your facility, on your machines, using your actual part drawings and programs. This means learners pick up skills they can apply immediately in your specific production environment.
Onsite packages can cover any combination of our service areas — CNC operation, G&M code, drawing interpretation, CAD/CAM, quality inspection, or tooling consultation — structured across days, weekends, or weekly sessions to fit your production schedule.
